Technical support is provided with both online technical support system and via e-mail.
Questions that asked by students on LMS(https://lms.gelisim.edu.tr/Helpdesk) are seen by the attendant personnel and answered as soon as possible. During the process, according to the problem’s magnitude, students are being contacted via an e-mail(uzaktanegitim@gelisim.edu.tr) or a phone call. Also, the students who use the LMS can direct their questions to the courses’ faculty member and receive information about their courses.
